OK, but had some technical difficulties...
The drive seems solid and reliable. I had some trouble with it being accessed, and it took a long time to add or rewrite folders through Windows. It also "locked up" my system, while it was in use or being recognized by my system. The company who sold it to me was very supportive, but did not have the technical expertise I needed to fix these issues. Their only answer was "send it back", but I had already spent days reformatting it and adding over 4tb of data to the drive! So, sending it back wasn't the best option for me. Strangely, a few days later, it started being more responsive and no longer locking up my system, so maybe it was some kind of glitch that worked itself out, no clue! All in all, it sure seems like a stout and reliable product, so I'm going to take my chances and stay with it!
