Product was terrible but seller was great help
This incubator has soo many design flaws, sensors not working properly I ended up using my own sensors ie; Thermometer, hydrometer, a lot of adjustments throughout process. First chick hatched and then got its feet stuck on the side of fan vent and damaged its feet by the pc fan shredding the feet a very bloody situation. The plastic lid doesn’t even close properly which leaves a lot of space for cool air to come through. Half way through incubating the humidity sensor Showed EE (error) but ever so often it would go off and sound which was very annoying. I personally wanted to give Chinese incubators a go because I have heard a lot of bad press about the quality but I didn’t want to just read the reviews but actually see what I actually thought about this HHD 24 incu. I my self have been incubating for many years with a lot of great hatch rates. At the end off the day in order to incubate you want to have quality inorder to get quantity. The Seller was great help he was amazing always reaching out to me but I have to be honest about the product and what I experienced. I got a 34% hatch rate I checked the eggs that didn’t hatch and I found that there were chicks in there that were suppose to hatch 4 days after I called my hatch but I’m sure it’s because of the temperature which dropped and didn’t hold at all. Once again the seller is great person but this particular product is a No No.
