Rated on functional looks, as I won't know for a few years how well they stand up cutting multistrand cable.

Dissappointing.
The appearance is fine, but the function leaves a lot to be desired. Although it looks as though it has versatile adjustment, all you can really do is raise and lower it; if you bring the lower arm up too far and move the upper arm to horizontal, it topples over. The shade is fixed and doesn't swivel, so the whole idea of having an adjustable reading light by the side of a chair is lost. Style over substance!
