Disappointed

I failed to read small print about problems with charging and holding a charge. As I had already transferred all my information to it I took it to my local computer repair shop where they fitted a new battery. However there are still problems with the item retaining charge. While I blame myself for not reading description properly, I do feel the item should not be sold if not working correctly.
