Royal Mail delivered 2 working days after it was sent. This winter 13.5 tog duvet was in a vacuum sealed plastic bag. Box was a bit tatty but O.K. After laying it out to get its loft back and reduce the smell it was put on the bed. As overnight temperature was forecast to be 4℃ I tried it and it was warm (but too hot in the morning). Must be mostly goose down as it isn't much heavier than my 10.5 tog duvet. Good quality, value, service & seller!
