Exceptional quality and value
Outstanding value; looks and feels like new. Could never tell this is a refurbished product at a third of normal retail price.

Not genuine, poor quality, unusable.

I didn't take it apart, but I'm guessing the original high quality potentiometers in the analogue sticks were replaced with cheaper inferior quality ones.
The product does feel noticeably lighter than my genuine controller.
What this means in practise is that small stick movements aren't registered, and then suddenly, the stick registers, but when it does, movement is notchy and not smooth.
It is impossible to play a FPS game with this controller.
I'd rate it as unusable despite it's external similarities to the original.
