A very handy device
I attempted and succeeded in changing the water pump and timing belt on my 5vz-fe engine in a Toyota Tacoma. This was the exact item I needed to to compress the tensioner to put the new timing belt back on. Easy to use.

Solves all my grip problems
I bought the small 12gram regular strength just to try this product out. After using it a couple times, I know to stock up on the 200gram jars. It provides the grip for me to do pole aerobics. I can only imagine what the extra strength will be like. I have been exercising for a year and was having difficulty with grip and just now found out about this product. This product will be of great use to me for years to come.

good starting point
I have not finished the book yet, but from as far as I have gotten, it does a good job of explaining the ideas. I also like that it gives suggestions and ways to practice. Definitely a good start to give me knowledge about the subject.
This book provides insight and exploration. It gives you the foundation to build on and encourages imagination, rather than a rigid instruction book.
