Very informative
Because my husband and grandson, age 2, are both diabetic I was very interested in learning more about the disease. This book is written for the public to understand how sugar can change our lives. The writer takes you on a journey of discovery how sugar has taken over our lives. He places the blame in many areas that we have no control, specifically the "Sugar Industry". His descriptions are enlightening of how it affects our bodies and the consequences from over use. I highly recommend this book to everyone. I even gave a copy to my doctor who also enjoyed reading it.

Classy Lassy
My husband and I have loved this artist for 20 years. We had this program on VCR but the DVD is much clearer. Sade and her group are excellent to watch how she interacts with the band. she also is constantly interacting with her audience. I especially love how they rush up to the stage to present her flowers and she bends down and gives them a kiss. This is class!
