Excellent support
We purchased the ZR08KN/00 surveillance kit which included four (4) cameras. Installing the cameras was a snap, but getting the DVR to work was not. We kept back and forth with Emma, Zositech, and she was very helpful. Eventually Emma sent us a replacement DVR ZR08AN/00. Still having problems, but Emma stayed with us, even to the point of calling us from China. I can't put my finger on all the problems we had -- some were our fault and some the fault of the equipment/instructions. I am happy to say that we now have a working system that we are very satisfied with.
