Great device, seems to do the job but would be nice if it was housed in a more robust box.
Installed the unit on the 24th of July and we have noticed a change in that hard water deposits have reduced and the stubborn stains are no more there.
I had a couple of question in relation to number of turns to make on the copper pipe and the guys @Eddy came back to me fairly quickly via a telephone call and explained some basics to me as well as requested I sent a photo of the installation so they can check if I had got it right. I've not sent the photos as of yet but will do shortly.
The box could be a bit built more robust (rather than basic box to house electronics), with hooks for screws as am sure the stick pads that come with the unit will not stick to say breeze block. I hung the unit using additional tie wraps. but overall the results look very promising and a great alternative to salt based descalers/water softners.
