I won't be buying another one of these, from anyone!
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using this Bush radio for just over two years, just in my bedroom, so early in the morning and late at night only. Up until a week ago it was OK, but not brilliant. The sound quality isn't as good as my Pure radio and it doesn't have the same volume either. Nor are the controls as good.
Last week, it suddenly stopped working. There's a problem with the power lead where it enters the back of the radio. Now, it will only work if you hold the lead into the back of the radio at precisely the right angle, otherwise it just dies. Needless to say, this is no good! I unscrewed the back of the radio to see if there was any obvious loose connection within, but there wasn't.
I also compared the lead and connection with my Pure radio and realised that the Bush lead is far inferior.
I won't be buying another Bush radio, from anyone!

So far so good. Decent sound, working well. The real test will be in 6 months' time – will both sides still be working?
