A much read for anyone in the catering industry and regular restaurant users.
I've worked for 25 years in the industry starting as a "dish pig" ,then Sous Chef, Head Chef, Barman,, Bar Manager, Waiter,Head Waiter, Sommelier, and Restaurant/Hotel Manager.
People in the profession understand what is needed to produce "Food on the table,from a well stocked clean kitchen on clean plates with clean eating utensils in a clean organized restaurant.
Your glass of your favourite tipple doesn't just appear by magic. Spare a thought about what it takes to getting it there!!
Edward's book highlights all of this but is written truthfully, honestly and everyone in the catering industry can relate to all of this!
To produce an honourable industry and be proud of what we do,this book is a "Must" read ! Should be part of any catering education course and read by anyone working or thinking of working in the catering industry and trade!

Been using it for 20+ years!. That speaks for itself!
1 of 1 found this helpful Distinctive, not overpowering and clean smelling. I'm not someone who wants to enter a room to make a "look at me" statement. Just wanted a fragrance that I enjoy and know myself that I'm using it!
Only downside is finding a supplier in main shopping centres. Ladies Cacherel is easily available but not the Men's fragrance.
