  Item arrived in excellent condition and was really well packed considering the item was a fragile ornament. Had an issue with the tracking not updating and the postman still attempting to deliver even though I had redirected it to a local post office due to knowing I wouldn't be home to accept the delivery but that is not the fault of the seller but more Royal Mails rubbish service. Highly recommend this seller.
