Very solid tubing notcher and heavy!!
Heavy duty and well machined. I did not see an issue at all with it. The shaft appears to be stainless steel and fits good in the bearing housing with no slop and turns very smoothly. Nothing binding or loose, just perfect. The shaft also lines up exactly in the center of the tubing groove, it cuts accurately on center if you use a good quality hole saw, no problem. Should last a long time too.

Great price for these relays.
1 of 1 found this helpful These relays seem well made. Initial measurements look consistent, ~75 ohms on the coil. The true test would be to see how many cycles they can do before failure, I'm not set up to do that but they look good enough to use for my purposes.

Great little inverter machine for the price
15 of 15 found this helpful So far I've run 3/32" 6011, 3/32" 7018 and 1/8 7018 on this without any issues. The 1/8" 7018 was used with some 1/4" plate and 1/4" wall tube at 130 amps. That ran very smoothly. Restrikes with 7018 were very easy, most of the time I didn't even need to knock the flux off the electrode tip to restrike. When using a new electrode, I did have issues with the rod sticking on first strike. I found that if I held the electrode a few inches up with the other gloved hand until the arc was going, I didn't have that issue. They didn't seem to stick on restrikes. By the way, this is not a machine issue at all, this can happen with any machine. I've seen the inside of this machine and it's actually pretty well built. Amazing how well it performs for the price.
