  The Dell Latitude E5520 was undersold and overdelivered. The computer was listed as parts but fully worked with minor damage. I was able to repair the minor damage and was able to upgrade it. The seller refurbished the battery for me all of a sudden, and it shows the man is actually quite nice. The packaging was rudimentary but it did hold up in shipping. The shipping was a bit expensive and it was delayed by a day or two but overall, the value here is at utmost quality. I recommend the seller.

  Item date appear to be new in an open box as stated. The intercom itself is not the best as you will see in other reviews but that is not the fault of the seller. It almost seems that they work best when plugged into circuits that are on the same side or power rail in the circuit breaker. It works well for what I'm wanting for, namely to allow my wife to get my attention in my basement workshop. Thanks for the fast shipping and good communication.

  Be very careful with you purchase from this seller. Their descriptions do not match their products! Ask lots of questions. I usually never rate vendors but I felt that it was only fair to let potential buyers, that they may not be getting what they thought.
