Good product shame about apple

This is the second such charger I have purchased with the same result my I phone 5 tells me this charging device is not compatible with my phone a instantly stops charging. However apple does it they seem to be able to detect if your using a spheres device and won't allow your phone to charge what a shame. The device is excellent the problem lies with Apple
