Good source of B12 directly into your bloodstream
I've been taking a B12 supplement for some time but have just realised that because of a medical condition I may not be absorbing it well through my stomach. Because these tablets are sublingual and dissolve within seconds on your tongue I feel I am getting a better supply of B12 than previously. I'm awaiting results from a blood test but am sure they will be positive. They taste good and dissolve quickly so are very easy to use.
