I dare Jehovah's Witnesses to read this book
This is excellent easy reading. I bought it because I know someone who has entered this mind control cult and cannot hear anything said questioning the suitability of their anonymous uneducated leaders. I mostly enjoyed the whole story and realise it was the Husband's questioning of point he perceived to be in error which started his journey out. It was amazing to read how Jesus revealed himself to them - their whole family. I have read a few autobiographies of captives stuck in the Jehovah's Witnesses but this one had a very positive ending for it explained how they found a friendship with the real Jesus of the Bible and not the WTS caricature of Him.
I recommend it to all JWs although I know the ones who are really mind controlled will not read it. I challenge them to take a risk to read it or something similar like Anne Sanderson's Fearless Love.

Only recommended for research
I bought this New Testament as evidence for its author as a spiritualist being knowingly used by the Watchtower Society (Jehovah's Witnesses) to endorse some of their less than orthodox doctrines. In that event I was not disappointed. It did confirm that the Watchtower Society was using Doctrines of Demons to affirm their belief that Jesus is NOT God by nature and that there is no hell.
Believing that Christians should NOT be involved in the occult, I would only recommend this book be used for research. However, what the reader does is entirely up to them.

Real Jesus not found in WTS books so author has still to find Him.
It was a very sad book about the restrictive upbringing within the WTS. Few 'outsiders'understand the 'rules' JWs must adhere to in this mind control cult.
It is understandable that the author tried out all the 'forbidden' parts of life once the ties had been broken but it is even sadder that to date she hasn't discovered the Bible Jesus who is so different from the one to be found in the corrupted New World Translation which was written by spiritists. (Provable)
If you like sad stories with the author still searching for the meaning of life then it will be a book for you.
