Nice variety of recipes
The book covers many subjects for home use and consumption of apple cider vinegar. There are many recipes to create your own remedies or to make enjoyable meals.

Has a lot of storage
Has worked well as a gym bag. I wish it had a pocket for the water bottle. Otherwise, is works perfectly. It has a lot of room for shoes and clothing that I need for the gym.
