Very effective
I regularly buy this product, though a bag lasts for a couple of years. You only need to sprinkle a small amount around established shrubs to refresh nutrients in soil. For very hungry veg on the allotment, I also sprinkle before planting. It definitely refreshes plants in the spring and improves growth.
I feel it’s very good value as only a little goes a long way.

Helped sleep with Covid
This was brilliant with my last Covid bug sore throat. It gave me some reasonable nights sleep which I think helped me throw off the bug within a few days.
