Works better an prescribed sleep meds

I have circadian rhythm sleep disorder. I cycle between sleeping too much and not being able to sleep. I have tried prescription medications and nothing has worked. I had read about melatonin a bit here and there in the past and thought I would give it a try. Choosing the 10mg was a personal choice based on my sleep history. Bingo! It works and it works well! I chew up a tablet and about 30 minutes later I am out like a light. The taste is really pleasant too! It sometimes gets a bit mundane, but I just follow with a cup of water. There's not a bad aftertaste or anything. I suggest researching melatonin, dosage, and possible dependency issues before making your purchase. For me, this product is a life saver and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a restful sleep!

Wish I bought it years ago

I have a bad back and hips. This product definitely makes my yard work much easier! I just used it yesterday and have used it several times since getting it two weeks ago. I can't express how wonderful the quality is as well. I have a ton of huge rocks buried in my soil and this product won't even think about bending at the tines. My only regret is not buying one sooner.
