Average baking book.
1 of 1 found this helpful Book was recommended by a teacher. Found it to be a bit confusing for a beginner in artisan bread making. Information though very interesting. Haven't tried any of the recipes and was hoping for more information on the starters. Seemed geared toward a professional baker.

nice item with good details.
Nice pan that has good details. It is lightweight and like that it is non stick. Haven't baked with it yet but hope for easy cleanup and great details on the baked products.
