I feel young again!
This package contains 60 capsules, each capsule contains 100 mg of Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride. Recommended daily serving is 2 capsules.
This product unlocks energy in your body in such a way you can feel it. I was chronically exhausted, but now I am working out again without getting too much tired. Do yourself a favour and at least try this. The only problem is that its somewhat expensive.

good source of focus and stamina

I would prefer 125mg in 60 capsules, but that might negatively impact the price per gram ratio which is very good for this package. For the purpose of fine-tuning the dosage it is possible to dismantle the capsule and take in the white powder inside, but it is very bitter, medicine-like taste.
