The long list of Trail recipes is compelling. They are snippets of what life was like during the wagon trail days. Great compendium for camping/outdoor cooks.

Great reference book. Takes you through the processes and discoveries of the chefs at Noma. How they use the process and result in their Michelin Restaurant menu. The book covers the basics of fermentation and it's process. Includes several of their in-house recipes that have made them famous.
