Bad wire insulation choice.
The item is well put together, and there are no problems with the electrical things. In fact it fits perfectly with the headsets. But they chose a weird insulation for the wiring. It's the strange textured material rather than a smooth wire. When the wire moves across any item of clothing or anything it creates vibrations that can be heard in the headphones. As long as you don't move the wire at all you're fine. If the company replaced the wire with a smooth insulation I would give this item a 5/5 star.
