Be VERY careful
I have to say these insoles are very good quality but BEWARE. Do not follow the cutting guides, I cut mine to what is says is size 6 and they were at least 2 sizes too small. Now that I know, I will now purchase another pair and cut them bigger.

Nothing not to like...
Been using a so-called tens machine for quite a few years to help cope with arthritis in the knees and neck and shoulder pain.
These bigger pads are much better as they direct the stimulation INTO the body rather than causing stinging sensations on the surface of the skin.
So in conclusion I would recommend them as they get the electrical stimulation to where it actually needs to be to be effective while not being irritating.
