  Snowdrop bulbs arrived in a plastic bag with no padding whatsoever. Just in brown paper bag that was damp. I call this poor service as my total order came to £18.94. Contacted seller who clearly did not care. He replied with ' i use this kind of packing for environmental reasons' Yet in his feedback comment to another customer, he put. 'Sorry ,I use the same packing method for seedlings which is a sturdy cardboard box , I try not to use plastic like the big companies do and pollute the country'
