I am mostly satisfied with this product.
However for the price, the design could be better made. I like that there are left and right-hand buttons, though they are not placed too well. You have to pay attention, not to switch sides accidentally, or switch it off. But this is not a deal-breaker situation of course.
What I didn't like about the product, that for me it's not so easy to put the hair into the machine. I have straight hair, and even if I take a small amount of it, it can get entangled by the comb in the machine. This means, I have to spend more time with trimming my hair, which takes me about an hour. If it had a bigger opening or a better design, I would give it five starts.
Overall I am satisfied with the trimmer, it leaves your hair smooth after treatment and it does what it says. It DOESN'T find magically the hairs that are in bad condition, but it cuts all ends. Don't expect a miracle from this product on the first use, but in my opinion on the long run the price will pay off.
