You can modify,YES you can!

You can modify this mount to fit a CMORE sight. Just make the mounting holes on the base that attaches to the weapon larger by drilling them wider. The screws with CMORE sight work or screws with SI MOUNT work also. I have done this on my PS90 with included factory installed CMORE sight and it works great and looks awesome! Just make sure your mount is held down, I used a small block of wood placed small nails in holes that I was not going to drill out to lock it in place and drilled out the two I needed took seconds. There was no damage to mount it is a fine quality product I thought the small nails I used would surely leave scuffs on the paints finish of the mount but nothing. In conclusion the the battery door on the CMORE is on the right side of the sight one of the protective pillars blocks it just barley from opening but nothing a Dremel can't fix and some touch up paint. The battery is not underneath like an RMR.
