disappointed

I am writing to say I am very disappointed with my purchase of the above. the lid is very flimsy and isn't in line with the box, so therefore the lid doesn't lock, which defeats the object of having a lockable lid and also you cannot carry the box with the handle, as lid not secure.
From the photo it was just what I wanted. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

A great buy
It is very comfortable and reasonably priced. Keeps my head and ears lovely and warm. A great present from the wife.
