Lightweight with great features
1 of 1 found this helpful This is replacement for a Bissell carpet cleaner which I had quite a number of years and has always given good service but is now far too heavy for me. My previous one obviously was a higher powered one and I felt may have cleaned the carpet more thoroughly but because this new one is lighter and easier to use I will probably clean my carpets more often.

The roller doesn't roll
I have an issue with the roller. The roller does not rotate which in turn does not spread the gel across the skin under the eye. I have tried squeezing the tube and rotating the ball with my finger but have never had a satisfactory spread of the gel.
