Collar stiffeners
They do work very well. The magnets are very strong so you're not going to lose them. Not all collars have the slits in them for these collar stiffeners,however,all collars have 2 layers and if you get a knife and make a small slit in the material closest yout neck,you slip them in no problem and they will work fine.

Rechargeable bike light
To be fair, this a bright light. My issues are: 1 if the rubber strap it comes with snaps, there is no way you can fix it to your handlebars.
And 2 the instructions that come with it say, if you can't attach it to the handlebars with the rubber strap, use the enclosed bracket....there is no bracket. And 3 when you turn the light anti clockwise to make the beam smaller, the light becomes looser and vibrates on the handlebars.

Very good,but not easy.
It is a well constructed resistance band but bear in mind,it is quite strong,so it would not be any good for beginners starting out with resistance bands. Overall,you can do a lot of exercises with it but not as many as a weaker band.
