Making the long run a more rewarding experience

The product is the right size for taking on a long run. The packaging of each gel is relatively easy to open while out on a long run. The variety of flavours is essential when a runner is out on a long run of a few hours so that they are not "bored" by using a single flavour. The gels are colour coded as well as written flavour name - so its easy to choose a specific flavour to take at whatever time on your long run. At the latter parts of my long runs I am always given a psychological boost as well as a carb boost by taking one of these gels.
