Far easier to write with than I imagined
I am delighted with this product - it has a good range of tips, heats up quickly and is quite easy to use. The flex is quite short so you need to be near a power point or use an extension lead, but I am told that is usually the case with items that produce a lot of heat. The only real down side for me is that the handle gets uncomfortably hot after a few minutes use. However, give the price of the item I think it is excellent value and would recommend it to anyone starting in pyrography.

Would have been great had it not been wet through
The coop was relatively easy to assemble although some confidence with woodworking would be beneficial. Everything went together well, although the diagrams indicating which screws to use were often at odds with the description - didn't really matter. The main downside for us was that the whole thing was soaking wet. This didn't matter too much with the main body but the floor was bowed hopelessly out of shape and could not be used. Our coop is sited within a secure run. Had it not been I would not have trusted the nest box roof to be fox proof and would have added secure fastenings. It looks great and 4 of our 10 hens are choosing to sleep in there.
