Read the book!
The book is a fantastic read for any dog lover! Well written; enjoyed every page!

Must read for Secretariat lovers!
I had this book before. Last fall, I had a house fire, and lost everything I had relating to Secretariat. We are still trying to get back in our old house while still paying that mortgage plus rent on where we we live now. This book was very affordable, was exactly like seller described, in fact even better condition. It is a very informative book about the Chenery family, how The Meadow came to be, and how Penny Chenery came to be involved with the greatest race horse ever. Wonderful background for anyone for anyone who loves Secretariat!

Great Read!
Very compelling book about the relationship between Secretariat and Eddie Sweat, the groom who took care of him and loved him. If you think you know the whole Secretariat story, you don't. unless you have read this book. The author writes in such a way that it is hard to put down.
