Yoga Journal : Seane Corn Yoga from the Heart
0 of 1 found this helpful As someone who has been a yoga student for over 10 years, Seane Corn is my favorite yoga instructor of all time. She really 'gets' yoga, and is more concerned about the student forming a firm foundation in the asanas than how deeply you can go into them. This is a very intense workshop, so you may not want to start with the entire practice at once; but I believe any serious yoga practitioner should seriously consider choosing her as their next instructor!
