Perfect Vegetable Knife
Perfect vegetable knife for small to medium vegetables whether slicing, dicing or chopping. Also suitable for bone free meat cuts.

Global GSF-15 is a disapointment
1 of 1 found this helpful The blade had a very course ground finish unlike other Global knives I have. It took a lot of work with abrasive papers and waterstones before it was up to what I consider an acceptable standard.
Work that may be beyond the abilities of an average buyer. The back of the blade is much thicker than most paring knives which also reduces its performance as a slicer. It is to soon for me to comment about steel quality and edge retention but I hope they are up to the normal Global standard.
