1 of 1 found this helpful Moisurises and absorbs into the skin leaves a protective barrier without leaving residue, been using aveeno cream for years I wouldn't use anything else. I use it on my face as well as my body, it was recommended by my doctor 7 years because I suffered with sore dry red patchy skin, turned out it was because I was allergic to every other product going, my skin improved within a week of using it and now ever since I get compliments on my skin.

Great for the skin
Epsom salts is great for all sorts, I use it for my skin and an exfoliator, once or twice a week I put a handful in my facial wash and my shower gel and gently scrub, my skin comes out soft and clear, helps with spots sore patchy skin, also is great in your bath water, for cleaning piercings and my teeth, I even put it in my tooth paste once a week.
