Not that bad
1 of 1 found this helpful First time I have had to buy a cat tree so have nothing else to compare it with, the price was ok, the assembly was smooth, I have left one of the parts off, both my cats are adults and just under 5kg.
At the moment they love the empty cardboard box it came in the most, a close second is the toy dangling down.
I had to re-drill some of the holes as the screws would not go through easily.
I think the cats are too big for the bed but have left it on and not put one of the curved parts or it's support.

Only worth it if heavily discounted from R.R.P.
Security seal broken on the box, bad sign to start with (ARGOS for you!)
Terrible instructions, pictorial only, PLEASE use written instructions alongside them.
Disappointed with the taste when I finally did figure it out, the old filter machine is still miles better.
You have to clean the machine first using the security disk which is behind the water tank built in the body. The part used to hold this disk in place also needs to be removed for normal operation.
No sample provided.
The overall parts appear to be poor quality and not to a high standard (switches and thin plastic on water tank).
Difficult to clean if drip tray does not catch everything.

Needs simple redesign
The plastic feet do not go in easy and of the 8 feet (2 sets of shelving) I have damaged 3 or 4 of them (using a rubber mallet), further I knocked one in too far and could not get it out again, there is a lip which should have stopped this on the inside of the fitting, it should be on the outside of the feet. I then had to cut away all the lips from the rest of the units so I could get all the feet to the same depth.
Then when both shelving units were assembled I found one to be so uneven it added another inch to the height at one side but this remedied itself when I loaded the shelves up.
