A great way to get natural sleep
As long-time insomniac I've tried everything, and this actually works. I thought I'd try it since melatonin is made in the body and so it seems more natural than other herbal or chemical supplements.
I probably wouldn't use it too often, it recommends that long-term studies on using melatonin have not been performed and you shouldn't use it for more than 14 nights consecutively, which is good advice as I'm worried that long-term use could cause rebound insomnia by reducing your body's tendency to make melatonin itself.
However, as a short-term solution or to get you back into a routine of sleep, it works wonders - in fact i don't think it's ever failed me. I would highly recommend this if you have short-term sleep troubles.
