  You can have the bag back with pleasure if you pay fot postage as I have said I have had to pay an extra £3.50 to get the parcel that you seem to be ignoring.   impressed 9.00 order you got refunded so you our ahead ie full order refunded postage was paid if royal mail deciced to surcharge you for incorect reasons thats royal mail error as we always pay full postage postage was paid youve never been ignored we will now seek full payment from you
