Generic M002L (Unlocked) - China iClone - T-Mobile ToGo
Very nice to feel in your hand. Truly a happy deceit at the Apple store where I bought a screen protector, only to pull off the shipping film and find that it came with a factory installed screen protector!
Apple store folks were fascinated that it had a TV and FM, WiFi, Bluetooth, as well as a flashlight/photolight and two cameras with video! The app icons look so much like the iPhones, but they are not. A little internet searching will lead you to many China phone app sources.
I viewed many of the YouTube listing prior to buying, but none was of much help.
I have no personal iPhone experience, only brief handling of 5 units among my kids. Ladies with fingernails can tap the M002L screen and get action, but I found that using a stylus or a closed ballpoint pen is my MOST reliable way of navigating. The M002L touch screen is NOT EASY TOUCH LIKE iPhone, it requires a POSITIVE tap, but works reliably.
So many apps require a data connection, I am not able to speak to this function on this phone. I have not figured out how to remove apps from the display.
I like techie things, but don't buy data plans for my phones. I prefer to use T-Mobile ToGo, the best PrePaid plan for cellphone use. One day they'll include data services to the PrePaid ToGo plan. But I can wait. Do your own research if you like.
Texting is easy and looks like you're using an iPhone, with pop up tabs for each character typed.
Cameras are barely usable, but the M002L screen resolution is great for imported photos and videos.
FM radio is too touchy for jogging, but can be useful in a static role.
Analog TV is not usable off air in the US, but I did get a color picture tapping the antenna to the analog output of my cable box.
WiFi works slowly, but OK for non-business use.
I have had a phone failure of some nature. When trying to call out, I receive a message: "not allowed to dial". My vendor has been very helpful, but even a reset to factory defaults has not solved my problem.
The "English Manual" isn't! Using it is an interesting cross cultural experience. If you "read between the lines", you'll get clues, not answers.
I did succeed in a factory reset by entering "1122" referred to as how to change a password "as if"!
Bought it for the large screen, WiFi, qwerty touch screen, memory capacity, and the included 2 gig TF card.
Good Luck, but plan to use your intuition in implementing the vast capacity of this clone phone by yourself, or with a Tech Friend!

Still Award winning!
Extra features are especially interesting. Michael Curtiz was an amazing talent. The mini documentary was VERY informative. The follow along commentaries were engaging and well prepared.
