    The buyer intentionally hid the defect and sent me a pair of boots in a different size. The boots have been shipped overseas and I have not gotten a response to my request for compensation. I have encountered this problem before and other sellers have resolved it positively. This seller will only let me return the item and is not willing to cover the international shipping and customs fees. You need to understand that it is a problem with your product that is causing the return.

    I sincerely apologize for the error with the boot sizes. I understand your concerns and initially offered a full refund upon the return of the item, as per eBay's policy. However, your request for a 50% refund and to keep the boots goes against eBay's rules, which I must follow to ensure fair process for both parties. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover international shipping or customs fees, as this is outside the scope of the return policy. I hope we can resolve this amicably.
