Very poor machine and service

I have had this machine for less than 5 months and it has done very little work as it is winter. The throttle catch is now sticking on which is both dangerous and is also causing the motor to over run. On contacting the supplier I have been told that it is likely to be user error??!!and have been quoted £39+vat return costs then £40 odd an hour labour costs. VERY POOR, DO NOT BUY
