Very light, although feel substantial and supportive.
I would say true to your standard training shoe size . Quite high volume in the fore foot so good for medium to wide feet. Like most fabric shoes/ boots they " give" a little in use and stretch slightly and now fit like a glove after a very short time. As such not really any break in period. In very wet conditions and now snow, they have kept my feet dry. Not sure how long this will last. My experience with many fabric goretex boots this breaks down over 6 months or so and you can end up with damp toes. Anyway, time will tell. The MOABs feel like trainers in use but with extra support. Feel very protected where it's needed . Grip is good, off road in mud and snow . Overall I'm very pleased with them and would heartily recommend them .

Smelly wedges
These wedges would do a job propping a door open but too soft for a security wedge in a hotel room for instance. Main issue is they have that very strong burnt smell that some Chinese products have. Two weeks in the garden and the smell remains .
