Great compliment to any judo or jiujitsu practitioner
Fantastic techniques not for beginning judokas though. Like true martial arts learning visually is the game here do not let the non english be a barrier for the quality of information shown here. My son practices both jiujitsu and judo and has won several major tournaments using techniques directly from this dvd.

A must for Heavyweights
My son is a heavyweight grappler and limited himself from hard falls on his knees to save them. These knee pads have opened up a new world of hurt for his opponents, he says he doesn't feel anything anymore with drop knee techniques or hard shoots, and has no fear to do them now. Highly recommend.
