Not good for returning

don’t get me wrong, the gear they sent me was fine. i just didn’t order the right gear. but all i literally did is take it out of the packaging, then i realized it was the wrong one. i used the stickers that were with it before i realized it was wrong. i went to return it, and they gave me 12.49$ back for it when i payed 19.xx$ for it. they said it was because of the “stickers” that were missing. not sure how 2 little stickers could cost 8$ but whatever.
