I have used Cat Mate for many years. The exact same product so it is five starts. Dog Mate however is not as good in my experience. The same motor comes with it but it is too weak to move 6 liters of water. The water wasn't clean in the bowl as it was with 2.5l Cat Mate. I had to get creative and put the old Cat Mate motor in this, right next to the Dog Mate one so the water now moves enough to get filtered. Double energy use during the years though. 😏 Kind of disappointing
