  5 star for the service but 1 star for the courier. TV did come smashed to pieces but the seller was extremely polite and attentive. Refund came swift and communication was the best I've had on the app. 100% would recommend this seller just a shame about the delivery! I would also say the packaging was first class, if it wasn't for the old box I would have assumed it was a brand new TV by the way it arrived.
