  Package arrived wrapped in carrier bags and in a box that was not suitable. Bearing in mind how heavy this item is, there were two pieces of tape holding the bottom of the box together. This item was subsequently damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. All 6 shelves are damaged so I asked for a return and sent pictures. Seller states I will not get a refund until he has sorted his refund through the delivery company! I will arrange my full refund through eBay. Seller ignoring messages!
